SendMyRentOnline.com is a sister company to RentNotices.com, an enterprise-level,
web based application for electronic filing of Rent Court/Eviction proceedings in
Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Carroll County Maryland.
SendMyRentOnline is a secure landlord-tenant portal for online rent payments,
with single transaction or re-occurring payment capability.
Payments may be made at any time, securely, online.
Benefits and Features
- If payments are accepted during the rent court process, your case status is automatically updated through RentNotices.com.
- Both landlord and tenant may invite the other party to connect on SendMyRentOnline. The landlord creates a ledger each month that outlines charges due by the tenant.
- The tenant may pay by credit card, debit/gift card, money order or check before any court proceedings are initiated.
- The landlord’s ledger may be updated throughout the process to add charges that may occur during the process or add charges not necessarily collectible within rent court parameters.
- In the event a tenant makes a partial payment during the process, an existing rent case will automatically be amended on RentNotices.com.
- In the event of a full payment, an existing case will be dismissed on RentNotices.com. Only full payments are accepted if a Warrant has been filed and payment may be made by credit card, debit/gift card, money order only.
- Check payments are not accepted after a proceeding has been initiated unless approved by the landlord.
- Landlord and tenant may communicate through a message center email portal.
